Reseller hosting lets you resell and manage hosting for your own clients, under your brand, from a centralized interface.
For agencies, freelancers and integrators who manage multiple clients and want to centralize hosting while keeping the business relationship.
Our Agency plans — Agency S (299 DH/month), Agency M (499 DH/month), Agency L (799 DH/month) — offer increasing resources (space, accounts, bandwidth) depending on the number of clients you manage.
Yes. Your Agency Space presents the client portal, emails and order receipt in YOUR brand (logo, colors, name) — in addition to the classic management via WHM/cPanel.
A platform to manage your portfolio from your account: create your clients' accounts, order on their behalf, track their services, and pay from a prepaid wallet — all under your brand. See the Agency Solutions page.
You can top up a prepaid wallet (card/bank transfer) then pay for the orders placed for your clients directly from this balance, without re-entering a payment method each time.
You set your own prices freely and invoice your clients directly. Optionally, your Agency Area can automatically apply a margin on the public price shown to your managed clients. On our side, we bill you for your reseller plan, and the orders you place for your clients from the Agency Area are paid from your agency wallet, at the public price plus your margin, if any.
Infrastructure-level support is included. You remain the support contact for your end clients, with our team as a technical backup when needed.
The ServOrbit reseller offer is focused on shared web hosting managed through cPanel/WHM. It does not include VPS: a VPS is a dedicated instance that cannot be split among several clients. To offer VPS to your clients, order them from your client area at the public price — there is no wholesale price — then re-bill them at the price you set. For tailored support, contact our sales team at [email protected].
The ServOrbit Agency Area brings together the management of all your clients and their services in a single dashboard. There you can see each client's services with their expiry dates, and your portfolio summary flags the services expiring within the next 30 days. Automatic email reminders are sent before each due date. However, it is not currently possible to configure custom alerts or to trigger a renewal from the Agency Area: each renewal is paid through the order created before the due date. For large operations, our team can assist you via [email protected].
Yes. The Agency Space lets you present a branded ordering interface (logo, colors, custom domain) so your clients order and manage their services without ever seeing the ServOrbit.com brand. Visit the Agency Solutions page for details on available customization.
Assisted migrations by our team are included for hosting accounts on Business and Pro plans, regardless of who owns the account. If you order an eligible hosting plan for a client, the migration is covered. On the other plans, Start included, the migration assistant (domain transfer and cPanel account restoration) remains included; for bulk migrations, contact us.
Yes. The Agency Space lets you place domain orders on behalf of your clients without leaving your dashboard. Ordered services appear in each client's profile and expiry dates are centralised, so you never have to juggle multiple interfaces. Visit the reseller hosting page to explore all included features.
Upgrading is done from your client space: select the target Agency plan and the upgrade is applied without recreating your existing cPanel accounts. Your clients experience no downtime and the additional resources (storage, accounts) become available immediately. If you are unsure which plan suits your volume, the sales team can provide a quote via the /contact form.
Yes, the ServOrbit Agency Space lets you track all your clients' services and expiry dates in Moroccan dirham. Bulk renewal management is not yet available in a single click; it is on the product backlog. In the meantime, our sales team can assist you via [email protected] for high-volume operations.
Yes. Through WHM, you assign each client cPanel account its own mail domain with dedicated SPF and DKIM records managed from the account's DNS zone. Each client then sets their sender address in cPanel or in their application. Emails go out under the client's own domain, not yours, protecting each sender's reputation independently. For advanced configuration, reach our team at [email protected].
Yes. The Agency Space lets you order .ma domains on behalf of your clients directly from your reseller interface, without them needing to register on ServOrbit themselves. Managing the registrant contact and uploading the supporting document required by ANRT remain your responsibility as an agency: you handle them from the domain's detail page in your client area. For ANRT documentary requirements (national ID, passport, ICE/RC), see our /domaine-ma page or contact [email protected].
No, not at this time. The ServOrbit Agency Area lists your clients' services with their expiry dates, but renewals — single or in bulk — cannot be triggered from the Agency Area: each renewal is paid through the renewal order created before the due date. For large operations, our sales team can assist you via [email protected]. The ANRT supporting document is only required at registration, not at renewal.
On all cPanel accounts in your ServOrbit reseller plan, Let's Encrypt is enabled by default: the SSL certificate is issued and renewed automatically for each domain correctly pointing to the server, with no action required from you or your clients. From WHM, you can check the certificate status for all your accounts under *SSL/TLS* → *Manage SSL Hosts* and force a renewal if needed. To install a paid OV or EV certificate on a specific client account, use the *SSL/TLS* section of that account's cPanel or open a ticket from your agency area.
From WHM (your reseller console), create a cPanel account in your client's name: choose their username, their domain and their resource package (disk space, emails, databases). The client receives their cPanel credentials and manages their site independently, without access to your WHM or to other clients' accounts. You retain visibility over all accounts and can adjust resources at any time. The Agency Space provides a centralized dashboard of your portfolio for renewals and bulk orders.
From your WHM interface, go to Account Functions → Create a New Account: enter the domain, username, password, and select the resource package to assign (disk space, email accounts, databases). Confirm and WHM automatically generates the client's cPanel account and configures the associated DNS zone. The client can then log in to their cPanel independently, without access to your WHM or other clients' accounts.
Yes, in part: ServOrbit's white-label reseller offer lets you display your visual identity on your client portal, emails, receipts and quotes. Invoices, however, are not customised with your brand. Contact [email protected] to set up your reseller area and enable brand customisation.
From your ServOrbit Agency Area, each client's page lists their services with their due dates, and your portfolio summary flags upcoming expirations. There is no automatic renewal to turn on, and renewals cannot be triggered from the Agency Area: before each due date, email reminders are sent and a renewal order to pay is created. Bulk renewal management is not available at this time; for large operations, write to [email protected].
Yes. The migration wizard lets you consolidate the transfer of your domains (by EPP code) and cPanel accounts into one guided order. This wizard is included with every reseller plan, and end-to-end handling by our team is included too if you prefer our team to take care of it. The transition is prepared on our servers before any DNS change to avoid any interruption. For personalised support on a large portfolio, write to us at [email protected].
Your Agency Area groups the services of all your managed clients and shows the expiry date of each service; its summary flags the services expiring within the next 30 days. Automatic email reminders are sent before due dates. Renewals, however, cannot be triggered from the Agency Area or from your wallet: they are paid through the renewal order created before each due date. For any custom notification need, open a ticket from your client area.
The ServOrbit reseller offer is a WHM account on our shared hosting: you create and manage your clients' cPanel accounts in it. There is no wholesale price: your reseller pack, like the domains or VPS you order for your clients, is billed at the public price, and you freely set your selling prices. ServOrbit operates the server and the infrastructure; the commercial relationship with your clients and their billing remain in your hands.
From the ServOrbit Agency Space, you order services directly on behalf of your clients: hosting plans, domains, VPS. Billing between ServOrbit and you is in Moroccan dirham (MAD), tax exclusive (VAT excluded), with VAT at 20%. You can pay using the methods available on the platform — Bank card, PayPal, CIH Bank and Bank transfer. The financial relationship with your own clients remains your responsibility: you set your prices and issue your own invoices. For bulk orders or specific requests, our sales team is available at [email protected].
The reseller area does not offer a configurable invoice template or a currency setting: your purchases from ServOrbit are invoiced in Moroccan dirhams (MAD), and the financial relationship with your own client remains your responsibility. To invoice them in dirhams in compliance with Moroccan regulations, issue your own invoices with your invoicing tool, including the mandatory details (your ICE, IF and RC number) and VAT at 20% on each service line. For any question, open a ticket with ServOrbit support.
ServOrbit applies Moroccan VAT at a rate of 20% to all of its orders, including resellers' orders and those placed for your clients from the Agency Area: there is no VAT-free invoicing for resellers, and only an exemption that is substantiated and approved by our team can apply. As a Moroccan reseller, you must apply the Moroccan VAT in force on your own client invoices and remit it to the DGI. Consult a certified accountant about your filing regime, and contact [email protected] if you need proof of your ServOrbit purchases.
Not for the server itself: on the reseller plan, the operating system, the web server and the platform services are maintained by our team, and your WHM access does not give you control over them. Your part covers what is installed inside the accounts: your clients' CMS, extensions and themes, to be kept up to date from their cPanel. A VPS you manage for a client, on the other hand, is unmanaged: its patches are yours to apply, unless you have subscribed to the VPS administration option. To find out whether an announced vulnerability affects the platform, write to [email protected].
In WHM, the MultiPHP Manager tool lists your domains with the PHP version of each one, and lets you change it per domain or in bulk. Use it to spot sites left on an older version before it stops being maintained, and warn the client before changing it: a plugin or theme may not follow. If the tool does not appear in your WHM, write to [email protected].
A renewal is never charged automatically: the order created before the due date has to be paid, and an insufficient wallet simply leaves it pending. Until it is paid, your client's service follows the usual path: expired, then suspended after the grace period, then terminated with its data deleted if it is not put right. Top up your wallet by card or bank transfer before the due date, and keep an eye on the summary in your Agency Space, which flags services that are about to expire.
Before any work, ask for three accesses in the client's name: the registrar where the domain is registered, the DNS zone if it lives elsewhere, and the current hosting, together with the site's administration. Prefer a named or delegated account over sharing the client's own password, and check that the client remains the holder of their domain. Record in writing what you received, so you know what to hand back at the end of the engagement.
Accessibility depends on the website itself (theme, contrast, alternative texts, forms, keyboard navigation), not on the server hosting it: a hosting plan neither makes a site accessible nor prevents it from being so. Depending on the country of its visitors and its activity (online sales in particular), legal obligations may apply to your client, which should be checked with legal counsel. Suggest an audit of the site, have the theme and content fixed, and keep a record of what was reviewed. For anything concerning their hosting account, write to [email protected].
