Accredited provider
The .ma registry is run by ANRT, Morocco's National Telecommunications Regulatory Agency. Only the providers it accredits may register and manage a .ma on behalf of a third party. MEGALOGI, the publisher of ServOrbit, is one of them.
Your domain is filed directly with the national registry, with no chain of intermediaries. A non-accredited player has to go through a third party: every operation crosses one more layer, and you do not know which one.
You are the declared registrant of the domain — not your provider. That is what secures ownership of the name, and what lets you take it elsewhere without depending on the goodwill of whoever registered it.
Transfers, registrant changes and renewals follow ANRT procedures. Sensitive operations go through the channel the regulator provides, with the deadlines and supporting documents it requires.
If a name is challenged, the resolution mechanisms provided by ANRT are available to you. The regulator sets the naming charter and handles disputes — not the provider.
First-year registration, renewal and incoming transfer: all three amounts are read from the catalogue and shown side by side, in the currency you selected. You know the renewal price before you order, not when it falls due.

Once paid, your .ma is registered with ANRT.
The .ma naming charter is set by ANRT, not by the provider. It governs the form of names, reserves or forbids certain terms, and sets conditions specific to third-level extensions. A name the registry refuses is refused everywhere.
For a .ma, ANRT requires a copy of the registrant's document, no longer just its number: national ID card, passport or residence permit for an individual, company registration proof (ICE or RC) for a business. It does not block your order.
No document is required to complete the purchase. The checkout simply warns you that a registrant identity verification will have to be completed right afterwards.
From your client area, link a registrant record to the domain — reusable across all your domains, including on behalf of a third party. Order matters: the upload area only appears once that contact is filled in.
The “Registrant supporting document” section then appears below the domain's page. PDF, JPG or PNG, 5 MB per file maximum, two files so you can attach both sides of an ID card. Our team checks it before forwarding to the registry.
Without this document, ANRT may block and then delete the .ma domain. If we ask for it, it is because the registry asks for it — it is not a formality of ours.
Describe your need in two lines: the conversation stays open, and you pick it up whenever you want.
Transferring a .ma in follows rules specific to the national registry. The documents required from the registrant are the same as for a new registration; three technical conditions are added.
Our team guides the transfer step by step: write to us from the contact form, stating the domain name concerned.
Three useful reads before registering: the full catalogue of extensions, what the accreditation guarantees exactly, and how to fill in a registrant once and for all.
