Click “Forgot password” on the login page. You will receive a secure link to set a new password.
Two paths, depending on where you start. From the website, sign up with your email: an activation message is sent to confirm your account and unlock your client area. From an order in progress, the cart's « Account » step handles it — you fill in the form and go straight to payment, without waiting for any email (you confirm your address later, from your client area). That same step also lets you sign in if you are already a customer, or simply leave your email to pick up your cart later, without creating an account.
Confirming your email proves the address is yours: it's where your invoices and server credentials are sent, and until it's verified some account features stay limited. After signing up, click the link you receive by email; if it has expired, the "Resend the link" button in your client area sends a new one. An order placed straight from the cart doesn't wait for this step.
Most often it's because your email address isn't confirmed yet: until it is, renewals and plan changes are frozen (ordering a new service still works). Confirm your email via the link sent when you signed up — or the "Resend the link" button in your client area — and the action unlocks right away. If your email is already confirmed and it's still blocked, contact support: a restriction may have been placed on your account.
Everything is centralized in your client area: services, invoices, support tickets and account information.
In your client area, under “My credits”: there you can see your available balance and the history of your credits (origin, amount, and the order each one was applied to). You apply a credit by ticking it when paying for an order.
From your client area, under the Account section, you can change your contact details and your password at any time.
Yes. From your client area, under the Account section, notification toggles let you turn on or off six families of emails: renewal reminders, notices of new invoices and payments, replies to your tickets, incidents and maintenance, resource alerts for your servers, and promotional offers. Your choices are honored as soon as they are saved. A few essential messages are always sent, for the security and continuity of your service — account security (login code, password reset, address verification), service activations, credit notices, and above all the suspension or termination of a service. Promotional offers, for their part, are only sent if you have expressly opted in (an unsubscribe link is included in each one).
From your client area, under Account, Preferences section, set your “Preferred language” and “Preferred currency”: these choices are saved to your account and reapplied at each login, on all your devices. Without a saved preference, the language follows your browser's, then falls back to the site's default language. The currency, for its part, is preselected based on your country, unless you have chosen one from the selector at the top of the site — your own choice always takes precedence.
Yes, all your domains, hosting plans and VPS are grouped together and managed from a single client area.
From the client area, under the Tickets section, create a detailed request. You can follow the exchanges and the resolution status directly online.
Yes. When opening a ticket and in your replies, you can attach up to 5 files of 10 MB each — images (JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP), PDFs, Word or Excel documents, ZIP archives and logs (TXT, LOG, CSV). Your attachments are private: only you and our team can download them, they are never publicly exposed.
Yes. Passwords are hashed and the session is protected by a secure cookie (HttpOnly). We recommend a strong, unique password.
In rare cases, an action — ordering a new service, renewing, or downgrading to a lower plan — may be temporarily suspended on your account while a situation is being resolved. The button concerned is then hidden or greyed out, along with a message explaining why. To find out more or lift the restriction, our support team is at your service.
Yes. From your client area, click “Renew” on any service: the window lists all your renewable services, grouped into “due soon” and “the rest of your services”. Tick what you want, set the duration of each line, and a single order is created. You can also renew a service ahead of time, before it is due.
If your account is a business account, the renewal window lets you pick which billing company the order is attached to — your default company is preselected. The name, address and tax ID are frozen on the order: editing the company record later changes neither the order nor an invoice already issued.
It is shown before payment. Each line of the renewal window states the covered period (“from … to …”) for the duration you picked, and the same information appears on your order — on screen and in the PDF. The date starts from your current expiry if it is still ahead — time already paid for is never lost — or from today if the service has already expired.
From your client area, open the service concerned: the Audience measurement section lists the engines available with your plan. Pick one and confirm — the platform creates the tracking site on its shared instances and immediately hands you a code snippet to paste into your site, with no server to run. If no shared engine is offered with your plan, you can still install your own in one click from the Marketplace, on your own VPS.
Audience measurement included with your plan runs on our shared instances: nothing to install or maintain, you get the snippet and your dashboard straight away. Installing from the Marketplace instead puts the engine on your own VPS: your data stays entirely with you and the configuration is yours, in exchange for the server resources and the maintenance you take on. Which shared engines are offered depends on your plan — your client area shows the ones open to you — while installing on your VPS remains possible in every case.
The useful criterion is what you are trying to measure. Umami and Plausible stick to the essentials — cookie-free, a single-page dashboard, a light server footprint: the right pick for tracking traffic on a showcase site. Matomo is a full suite (segments, e-commerce, heatmaps, GDPR compliance tooling) for when audience analysis becomes a job of its own, while PostHog targets product analytics (conversion funnels, session replay, feature flags, A/B testing) and in return needs a markedly beefier server. Your client area shows which engines are open to your plan, and a site already being tracked keeps working even if its engine stops being offered.
The snippet shown in your client area goes into your site's HTML, right before the `</head>` tag, on every page you want measured — in a CMS, through the theme's 'header code' field or an extension made for that. Publish, clear your page cache, then open your site in another tab: the visit should show up on the engine's dashboard. If nothing comes through, check that the snippet really is in the published page's source and that no cache or blocker is stripping it.
Yours. By default ServOrbit uses the time zone of the country on your account: a customer in Saudi Arabia reads renewals, tickets and activity logs in Riyadh time (UTC+3), not in server time. You can pick a different zone under My account → Appearance → Time zone — handy if you live outside your billing country, or if your country spans several zones (United States, Canada, Spain, Portugal). The setting applies everywhere: on screen and in the emails we send you, so a renewal reminder states the same time as the service page. If your device is set to a different zone than your account, the screen tells you and offers to adopt it in one click — but nothing is applied without your say-so, so your dates don't shift every time you travel.
ServOrbit lets you group multiple services (domains, hosting, VPS) under one account and identify them with distinct labels or separate registrant contacts. For more structured per-client management, you can create a separate account per client and use shared access to operate from your own session. For any advanced multi-client access configuration, open a ticket from your client area so an advisor can assess the best setup for your agency.
The ServOrbit client area is currently linked to one access per account. If you need to delegate access to a team member or contractor, contact support via a ticket from your client area to find out the options available for your situation. Role-based and sub-user management is a planned development area for the platform.
Yes, two-factor authentication is available from your account security settings. Once enabled, an additional confirmation — a code sent by email or via an authenticator app depending on your configuration — is required at each login. We recommend activating it to protect access to your services, especially if your account manages multiple products or sensitive data.
Log in to your client area, then go to My Account → Personal Information. Enter the new email address and save: a verification email is sent to the new address, which you must confirm to complete the change. Until confirmation is done, your old address remains active. If you do not receive the verification email, check your spam folder or contact support at [email protected].
To close your account, open a support ticket from the client area stating your deletion request. Before closure, download your invoices and export your data (files, databases) from cPanel or your VPS, as deletion is permanent. In accordance with GDPR, you can also write to us at [email protected] to exercise your right to erasure or data portability.
Log in to your ServOrbit client area, then go to your account security settings. Select the option to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) and scan the displayed QR code with a compatible TOTP app such as Google Authenticator, Authy, or a password manager that supports TOTP. Enter the six-digit code generated by the app to confirm activation. Once 2FA is enabled, this code will be required at every login, significantly strengthening the security of your account.
You can change your hosting plan from your ServOrbit client area, in the management section of your current service. Your data is preserved during the change: the migration is carried out by the ServOrbit team following procedures specific to each plan. For upgrades, the migration is generally transparent and may require a short scheduled maintenance window. It is recommended to back up your files and databases before any plan change operation, even though the process is designed to be lossless.
In your client area, go to your account information and then to the Contacts section. There you can create a separate billing contact (name, email address, phone) who will receive invoices and renewal reminders without having access to the account settings. This contact can be edited or removed at any time.
Expiry reminders are sent automatically to your account email address, before each service's due date (domains, hosting, VPS). You can adjust your notification preferences from your client area, under My account → Preferences. If you no longer wish to receive certain types of emails, update your preferences or contact our support team.
Yes, the ServOrbit client area lets you generate API tokens from the Account Settings section. These tokens let you automate actions — querying services, creating tickets, retrieving invoices — without exposing your credentials. Each token can be revoked at any time from the same screen. For advanced integrations, refer to the API documentation in your client area.
