To transfer a domain to another provider, they will ask you for the transfer code (EPP) and an unlocked domain. Both are handled from the domain page.
Prepare the outgoing transfer
Unlock the domain
In “Transfer lock”, click “Unlock”. Only do this when you are ready to start the transfer: while locked, the domain is protected against unauthorized transfers.
Request the code
In “Transfer code (EPP)”, click “Show my EPP code”, then “Receive the code by email”.
Confirm your identity
Enter your “Current password” and the “Code received by email”, then click “Show the code”.
Pass on the code
Copy the code and enter it at your new provider, who then starts the transfer.
The common pitfall
If online display is not enabled for your domain, the block offers “Request my EPP code” instead: our team sends it to you after verification, through a ticket.
If it doesn't work
- The new provider rejects the code: check that the domain is unlocked, then display a code again.
- Transferring a .ma domain follows the Moroccan registry's rules: open a ticket from “Support” before starting it.
