GlitchTip — self-hosted Sentry-compatible error tracking.
In validation
Automatic installation for this solution is ready and currently going through our tests on a real server. Ordering will open as soon as validation is complete.
GlitchTip is an open-source error tracking platform built for teams who want the reliability of Sentry without the cloud bill or data residency constraints.
It is fully compatible with every official Sentry SDK — Python, JavaScript, Ruby, PHP, Go, Java, .NET, iOS, Android and more. Migrating means pointing your existing DSN at the new host; your instrumentation, alert rules and integrations carry over.
Beyond error tracking, GlitchTip ships performance monitoring (transaction traces, latency distributions) and uptime monitoring (HTTP probes with webhook or email alerts) in a single Docker image. The `GLITCHTIP_EMBED_WORKER=true` flag folds the Celery background worker into the web container, so a standard three-container compose (web, Postgres, Redis) is all you need on a ServOrbit VPS.
GLITCHTIP_EMBED_WORKER=true folds the Celery worker into the web container, so one docker compose up is all you need.Collect, group and prioritize exceptions from your web or mobile app. Assign issues to teammates, link to commits and track resolution rate over time.
Keep your existing SDKs and alert rules — swap only the DSN endpoint. All events land in your self-hosted instance; no vendor lock-in, no per-event pricing.
One GlitchTip instance handles all your microservices. Create a project per service, issue per-environment DSNs and control team access with role-based permissions.
Guide optimized for ServOrbit Cloud VPS.
Navigate to https://<domain>/register and create the first administrator account. This becomes the organization owner — no additional setup required.
After signing in, create an organization then add a project. Choose the matching Sentry-compatible SDK (Python, JavaScript, PHP, Go, Ruby…). GlitchTip displays the DSN for that project.
Copy the DSN and replace the Sentry DSN in your application configuration. No code changes are needed — all existing SDK calls route to your self-hosted instance.
Go to Monitor → Create Monitor, enter the URL to probe and choose an interval. Alerts fire via email or webhook when the endpoint goes down.
Real-time per-second monitoring, zero configuration. Automatic dashboards for CPU, RAM, disk, network, containers and services — one-command install.
Monitoring & ObservabilitySimple, visual availability monitoring. Watch your HTTP, TCP and DNS endpoints and receive instant alerts.
DevelopmentYour own GitHub, self-hosted in minutes. Full Git platform with CI/CD (Gitea Actions), package registry and team permissions — without usage-based billing.
