phpMyAdmin is reachable via a dedicated subdomain (configured in the template). Log in with the root credentials.

Create database and user

Create a database and a dedicated user with only the necessary rights (SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE on your database only).

Enter host, port (3306), database, user and password in your application configuration.
