Web hosting for the UAE, in practice

For a showcase site, a blog or a store that is starting out, shared hosting is the simple option: your site shares a server with others, and you manage everything from cPanel — files, databases, email addresses, certificates. Your Dubai company site can run on WordPress, set up from cPanel with one click; a free SSL certificate has it answering over HTTPS from the day it opens, and your team's mailboxes stay on the same account. If you need root access or Docker, look at a VPS instead.
Your site runs on servers in Finland or Germany; ServOrbit has no server in the Emirates. Every visit from Dubai, Abu Dhabi or elsewhere in the Gulf therefore fetches the page from Europe, over the Europe–Gulf link, and back. We do not put a figure on that journey and promise no particular speed: if your customers are mostly in the Gulf, factor it into your choice. And if a contract requires hosting on UAE soil, this offer is not the right fit.
Yes. Domain and hosting live in the same client area and on the same invoice, whether you choose a .ae, a .com or both. You manage the DNS zone and name servers from that client area. A name directly under .ae is open to individuals and companies with no local presence and no supporting documents. The .co.ae, which requires a UAE trade licence or a UAE trademark, is not offered.
Prices appear in AED by default, with USD and EUR available in the currency selector. You pay by international card, PayPal or bank transfer. AED is there for reading prices: a card goes through the CMI gateway and an amount in MAD is charged, while PayPal charges in the currency it presents to you. Either way, the exact amount is on the payment screen before you confirm. Your invoice is issued in MAD.
