From reseller account to a true platform
You manage your clients from a single space, without leaving ServOrbit: their accounts, their services, their orders. The commercial relationship remains yours; we remain your infrastructure provider behind the scenes.
What you can do
- Create and manage your end clients' accounts, and track their services (domains, hosting, VPS) from a portfolio view.
- Order on behalf of a client: the order is attached to them AND to your agency, and the service is provisioned on the client's side.
- Top up a prepaid wallet (card or bank transfer) and settle your clients' orders from that balance — without re-entering a payment method each time.
- Apply your reseller margin: you set your prices, you bill your clients; we only bill your plan.
Under your brand (white-label)
Your clients' portal, the transactional emails and the order receipt can carry YOUR identity: logo, colors, name. Your clients experience it under your brand, including via a subdomain dedicated to your agency.
How to open your Agency Space
Opening is subject to simple conditions (for example a minimum number of active services), displayed and adjustable without a deployment. If you occasionally drop below the threshold, your access is preserved. Everything starts from the Agency Solutions page, which details the conditions in force.
