Log in to cPanel from your client area

Guides2 min read3 steps

Where: Client area › My services › Web Hosting › hosting page, at the top of the page.

cPanel is your hosting control panel: files, databases, mailboxes, certificates. The client area signs you in directly, without re-entering your credentials.

Open cPanel

  1. Open the hosting page

In “My services”, click “Web Hosting”, then “Manage” for the hosting account in question.

  2. Click “Open cPanel”

cPanel opens in a new tab, already signed in to your account.

  3. Manage your hosting

Mailboxes, forwarders and webmail are managed from cPanel itself (Email section).

The common pitfall

If nothing opens, your browser has probably blocked the window: allow pop-ups for our site, then click “Open cPanel” again.

If it doesn't work

  • The message “Automatic sign-in is unavailable right now.” appears: click “Open the panel directly” and sign in with the “cPanel ID” shown on the page.
  • Forgotten cPanel password: use “Reset password” on the page — it also replaces the password of the main FTP account.
  • The button does not appear: the hosting is not active yet or is suspended.

Manage your hosting

Find cPanel access and the resources of each hosting account on its page.
