Can I migrate my HubSpot or Pipedrive data to Twenty?

Order a ServOrbit VPS (2 GB RAM minimum)

The full stack brings together the server, the worker, PostgreSQL 16 and Redis 7: plan for 2 GB of RAM and 2 vCPU at the very least. For day-to-day production with several users, 4 GB leaves PostgreSQL the headroom it needs when queries overlap.

The instance secrets

Twenty needs an APP_SECRET — a random string from which it derives its own encryption keys — and the credentials of its PostgreSQL database (DB_NAME, DB_USER, DB_PASSWORD). Those are the only secrets required, and they are generated at deployment time: there is no configuration file for you to write before you start.

Sign in for the first time

Open your instance address and click “Sign up”: the first person to register automatically becomes the administrator of the workspace, and registrations close after that. Until this account exists, the door is open to anyone who reaches the address — do it immediately after the installation, before anything else.

Deploy the stack from the Marketplace

In your ServOrbit client area: Marketplace → ERP → Twenty → Deploy. Four containers start together: PostgreSQL 16, Redis 7, the Twenty server and the background worker. On first boot, Twenty applies its database migrations on its own — give it 60 to 90 seconds before the interface answers.

Create your workspace

The first-run wizard has you create your account, name your workspace and invite your colleagues: under five minutes in all. With a domain attached, the wizard is at https://<your-domain>. Without a domain there is no public address: go through an SSH tunnel with ssh -L 3000:127.0.0.1:3000 root@<your-vps-ip>, then open http://localhost:3000 — 3000 is the catalogue port, use the one shown on your app's card in the client area. Your invitees, on the other hand, will need the domain to join you.

Attach your domain

Attach the domain that will carry your CRM — crm.example.com, say — from your client area: ServOrbit installs the nginx vhost and the TLS certificate, then renews them with no intervention from you. That address becomes the value of SERVER_URL, the one Twenty writes into the invitation and verification links sent to your colleagues. If you attach the domain after the first boot, restart the stack so that the new value is picked up.

Connect your tools

The workspace settings give you your GraphQL endpoint and your API key: enough to wire up n8n, Activepieces or any webhook consumer. That is also where the CSV import lives, to bring your existing contacts and companies over in two clicks.
